How do I sign up as a user on apprecio?
You can sign up from the ‘Register’ option using your email address.
How do I upload image for customizations?
Please upload all the images you need to be printed under your profile section at the top right corner where you see “My Images”- option.
How can I add images for customizations for products?
Please add items to the cart and find your images for customization under “Customize it your way” section and click complete customizations.
How do I contact my Account Manager?
Please email at support@apprecio.in and your dedicated account manager will be reverting to you via email for further discussions/phone calls.
How do I receive Invoices?
Once an order is placed, we send you an automated invoice on your email via our platform to the company email address.
How do I make payments?
Due to recent changes in RBI regulations, payment integrations are taking more time in India. Please do bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoices that you receive via email.
How do I get to know my order status?
We shall provide constant email updates on the order status and the same can be visible as order status under the “My Orders” section.
How do I get to know the delivery status?
Once an order is processed and shipped, you will receive email notifications on your order status and the same is available under the “My Orders” section.
How do I sign up for the apprecio platform?
We are working on the platform, we will intimate you as soon as we are live and on-boarding customers. You can sign up using your email address either as an User or as an Admin on our platform page. It will allow you to invite your team or an individual user to our CIO craft store.
