Order and Refund Policy

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase (received damaged products, broken, or missing), we’re here to help. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items are only refundable if the product is damaged or broken. All we would need are pictures/videos of the damaged product/s.

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

1. Gift cards

2. Edibles- Due to the increase in temperature, they may melt or disintegrate in Transit especially if the items include chocolates.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once the photos/videos are received and inspected, we will notify you that we have verified the damaged product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days after GST at 18%, shipping fees, RTO fees, or 5% transaction fees, whichever is applicable.

The refund when applicable will be processed within 5-9 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@apprecio.in.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, products bought on Sale cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@apprecio.in

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We use a third courier shipping company as our partner. Therefore, we do not get daily updates. Any issue with your order kindly escalates it via mail.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping timelines are-

1. Standard shipping PAN India: 7-14 working days.

2. International Shipping: 15-25 working days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you can contact us via email or telephone.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Apprecio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages.

Apprecio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please email at support@apprecio.in. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods while emailing.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any order placed once, we do not provide cancellation.

CREATING A DIGITALLY PRINTED PRODUCT

You cannot cancel or edit your Order of personalized products once the order has been placed and an order confirmation email received.

We are not responsible for customer-generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors; poor image quality derived from low-resolution images, order quantity, or other ordering errors, including delivery address. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before proceeding to payment.

Content Rules – we do not permit personalized products to include any content or material which:

  • infringes anyone’s copyright: in particular, you must ensure that you either own the copyright in an image or any other content that you wish to include in a personalized product or that you are fully licensed by the copyright owner to include that image or other content in the personalized product;

  • infringes any other rights, such as a trademark, of any person or entity or a duty owed to any person or entity, such as a duty of confidentiality;

  • contravenes any applicable law (including, without limitation, any criminal law) or regulation;

  • is false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, abusive, threatening, or defamatory, or that might cause needless annoyance, inconvenience, or distress to any person;

  • misrepresents identity or impersonates any person;

  • includes any material containing personally identifying information about another person, such as their address, phone number, or email address, except with the written approval of that person;

DELIVERY

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be added at checkout, for each separate address that goods are being delivered to.

  • If by accident the sender adds the wrong items to the cart, apprecio will not be at fault and will consider the delivery final.

  • If by accident apprecio includes or ships the wrong items for an order, apprecio will take full responsibility and pay for the return and replacement of said items.

PAYMENTS

We currently accept major bank transfers and UPIs on our e-commerce platform, using a trustworthy and secure checkout process provided by our RBI approved payment gateway partner. We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.
